GREECE

Delivery to any address in Greece has a flat rate of 3,5 euros per order. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and will arrive to a Greek address within 1 - 3 business days. However occasionally due to situations beyond our control some orders may take longer. Customers in Greece may choose to pay via our Cash on Delivery option.

EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

All European addresses are either sent with DHL Standard Shipping (6-7 business days) at a flat rate of 13 euros or with DHL Express (1-3 business days) at a flat rate of 19 euros.

SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU

All products are sent via Express at a flat rate of 17 euros. Due to new brexit regulations, the minimum order for the UK is 150 euros. Items that are in stock will be sent out and received within 1-3 working days, however it may take longer depending on Customs. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Kindly note that due to high duties and customs, we unfortunately cannot accept returns from any country outside the European Union. Please ask for our assistance for accurate guidelines on size, fit and style.

RETURNS

If for any reason you wish to return an item you may do so up to 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs and cash on delivery fees), as long as it is returned to us in its original condition packaging, with all labels intact. Inside your package you will find a ‘Return Form’ and a DHL (for international customers).
We kindly ask you to fill out the ‘Return Form’ in order to process your return faster. Alternatively you may go online and arrange your return/exchange through our website https://www.stefaniafrangista.com/en/return You may use the DHL return label in order to return your package free of charge. You only need to contact DHL to arrange the pick-up of the parcel. Please note that if you need to change your size more than once, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs. We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment. Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place. In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund if it’s clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you. Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.

• Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.

After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used. Please note that the Cash on Delivery fee (2,5 €) will not be refunded. We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a
couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you. If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
