Exchanges & Returns
If for any reason you wish to return an item you may do so up to 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund (less postage costs and cash on delivery fees), as long as it is returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact.
If you are a registered customer please create your RETURN/EXCHANGE by logging into your account, selecting 'MY ORDERS', clicking onto the button 'CREATE MY RETURN/EXCHANGE', and following the instructions.
If you purchased your order as a guest, please click on this link and follow the instructions.
You may use the DHL return label(for international customers) or ACS return label(for Greek customers) included in your package in order to return your package free of charge. You only need to contact DHL/ACS to arrange the pick-up of the parcel.
Please note that if you need to change your size more than once, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs.
We recommend making a note of your return shipping tracking number in order to track the progress of your return shipment.
Goods must be unworn and unwashed and where relevant, hygiene strips must be in place.
In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs and avoid make up coming into contact with underwear or clothing when trying them on. We may refuse to refund if it’s clear this hasn’t been done, and return the goods to you.
Please also note that we cannot accept returns on the following:
• Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receipt.
• Any item that is damaged / has missing parts or is not in its original condition.
After we have received your return request, we will process the refund and notify you via e-mail. The refund will be in the same form of payment that you originally used.Please note that the Cash on Delivery fee (4 €) will not be refunded.
We aim to process returns the day we receive them, however during busy times it may take a couple of days. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact customer services before returning it. We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.
Please note that our return policy does not apply to deliveries outside the EU. We recommend that you keep your tracking number safely until we receive your package.
